Kelsey Shelton Smith Briggs was born on December 28,2002 after her parents were divorced the first two years of her life Kelsey was a happy,healthy,and entergetic little girl but then her mommy met a new man named Micheal Porter, after a few months Kelsey startetd showing signs of abuse, including two broken legs a broken nose a spranged ankle a broken collar bone and countless cuts and bruises. After nine months of documented abuse kelsey died on october 11,2005. Raye Dawn kelsey's mommy thought her little girl diede of a seisure, but she didn't know about the child porn on mikes computer or that he sexually assaulted Kelsey the day she died.Kelsey had two autopsys done. And they both confirmed that she had died of a traumatic blow to the stomach. Kelsey's step sister even said that she say mike through Kelsey against the wall when Raye Dawn was gone. Kelsey is now safe and happy in the arms of Jesus. May She Always Rest In Peace!
